I just bought a 2020 4Runner from Bighorn. From the first moment of contact, I was treated with respect and courtesy. One of the things that stands out about Bighorn from other dealerships is the family-oriented culture. They are a strong team that supports each other, and that was evident every step of the way. Each department I worked with seemed to care, from the super friendly and helpful Finance team to the service team that installed my running-boards and did a stellar final detail on my new vehicle.

Investing in a brand new vehicle is a serious decision, and so I want to give a shout out to Rachel. She was a delight and made the experience fun and refreshing. I also want to mention that I am live in Denver, and yes, I rented a car and drove to Glenwood to finalize this purchase. I have bought a used 2016 BMW X5 from Bighorn Toyota Glenwood spring Colorado. I drove all the way from Denver area to there, not because there were not BMW around Denver area but because of the Sales person Adam Jarrett. He made us feel comfortable, we can make a deal with him and seem trustworthy, that why we drove for three hours to Glenwood Spring Colorado.

We enjoyed our time of business with Bighorn. We believe that Forrest went above and beyond to help us as he made the effort to go through and explain the features of the car and help us connect our cell phones to it. Many of the current ones are new to us as our old 2004 Toyota Camry LE had very few of these features.

My wife and I have nothing but good to say about the Toyota Camry and the service we received from Forrest. We live in Grand Junction, so it is a bit hard to have the car serviced at Bighorn. We were introduced to your dealership though our membership with Sam's Club when I filled out the online information to possibly purchase a car through Sam's Club new car buying service. This enabled us to find the features we most wanted with year and exterior & interior colors and price. Again thank you for your exceptional service.

Thank you for taking care of our truck on Saturday 12/16/17. I was writing a review and I’m not sure if it got posted but I’ll write again how great you guys are. We came down the pass unable to brake and we were all scared the tires feels like it’s about to come off because of the shaking. Our destination was Glenwood Springs.. we got there safely but it was late so we brought in our truck the next day (Saturday). You guys took care of our problem right away, we thought it would take days, it only took 4 hours for the truck to be fixed. Now we’re back home safe and sound thanks to you. Second time buying a car with Jeff Jones and it has been an easy and low pressure experience. In the midst of buying my new truck my other car was experiencing some unfortunate and expensive service issues. This is a higher mileage used car that I bought from Bighorn. Dan in the service department really took care of getting this car back on the road as affordably as possible. As a single woman I have had some really bad experiences with both auto service and sales. Bighorn has always been straightforward with me and I'm happy to finally have a dealership I can trust.

I love this little car ! Thank you so much for suggesting that I make room for my 80 pound German Shepard in it because , believe it or not he likes looking out all the windows when we drive and it is so much brighter inside!
