I recently got an oil change at this location. First oil change after purchasing my vehicle late last year. I did end up having a slight problem after it was picked up, an oil leak. The oil pan bolt was not fully tightened, which happens, not a big issue once we knew what was going on. The service team quickly sent out technicians within a couple hours of my call. They picked up my car, tightened the bolt, topped off my oil, washed my car, and brought it home. I am very happy with how the Bighorn handled this situation. Mistakes happen, but it is truly about how things are handled that determines the outcome. This outcome was very positive! I will be going back. If you are considering bringing your Toyota here I would recommend it based on the customer service experience! Thank you Bighorn service team!

We leased our 2021 Toyota Highlander XLE in April of 2021 and the leasing/buying experience was amazing. We bought it in April of 2024. We also were looking for a used car and once again amazing experience. We bring our Highlander in for maintenance every 5,000 miles and that experience is amazing.
