I brought my tacoma in for it's 120K mile service. Leah greeted me and was very friendly and helpful. Thank you. I was told the car was scheduled for a 5pm completion time, but I didn't drive away until 5:40. Snacks and cold water in the waiting room would have been a nice touch.

I had been taking my 2024 4Runner here for checkups,oil changes service ECT and I have to say the quality of service is 2nd to none! The entire staff is friendly, professional , welcoming and just a wonderful group of human beings ! Love this place the service provided and wouldn't go anywhere else.They have gone out of their way to make sure I've been taken care of above and beyond♥️ when I hadn't been in for a while they asked. They called and asked me if everything was okay with me and the vehicle when I told them I had not been in because I had a financial struggle for a season and had to trade my 4Runner off but then I went and got it back. They told me to come in they would change the oil. Check the vehicle top to bottom. Rotate the tires. Make sure the vehicle was sound and all I will have to pay for it is the oil. And they were sorry to hear the tough time I'd had. But glad I got my 4Runner back... I mean who does that? These guys are over the top Amazing! I just spoke with Priscyla this morning and she helped me make an appointment next week so that I could drive my daughter’s Toyota from Steamboat Springs, CO to the dealership for safety recall repairs. I explained that I would only be visiting in Steamboat Springs a few days and needed to make sure the necessary parts would be available for the repairs on the day of the appointment. She advised that she would take care of it and would contact me to confirm. Later Priscyla texted me and advised that she had checked with the dealership’s parts department and confirmed that all necessary parts would be available at the time of the appointment.
