Jennifer Rose is wonderful, she set me up with Trevor who was amazing. He kept me posted on when my new car would arrive and answered all of my questions, even after hours and on a weekend. The day I picked up my car, I met with Archer who explained all of the warranties. Trevor went through the car details with me to make sure I was comfortable from the start. All in all, it was 5 Star Service from start to purchase. Now I need a tutor to tell me more about all the bells and whistles! Thank you all! Konnie

Had my truck serviced for an oil change and tire rotation, it took an hour and a half which was long in my opinion. Otherwise, I would have given them a 5 star. Staff were great and helpful.

I had been thinking about upgrading my Toyota Highlander Hybrid for about a year and, on a whim, I stopped into Bighorn to simply take a look around. As I walked into the door, I was greeted by the awesome Rachel Henderson who asked what I was looking for (Grand Highlander Hybrid - Heavy Metal Finish). Though that wasn't on the lot, I was shown the Grand Highlanders that they had - which were pretty great. Once I let her know I definitely was interested in trading my car in for an upgrade to the Grand Highlander Hybrid, Rachel was immediately on the case of finding me the car I most wanted. And she blew me away, within 24 hours she found EXACTLY what I wanted and placed it on order. Two months later I was driving around in the car of my dreams. Talk about a miracle worker! After I had a terrible experience here trying to purchase a vehicle, I ended up buying elsewhere. Since then have had two very positive experiences. Today I took my car here for the regular service, oil change, and check all the things. I had one concern that I wasn’t sure about. Renee made sure everything was handled with such care and they even finished sooner than anticipated. Excellent service. Thank you! Will return. Update. Oct. 27. Another easy and smooth service appointment. The guy who took care of me was professional and friendly. Checking in right there when I drive up is such a treat.
