I had an appointment but the service center was very busy. I needed to get the service done in time to make a luncheon in Aspen. They did a great job getting me in and out in time.

Have to give a shout out to the new service advisor, Hayden. While I waited for my 4Runner service, I watched him handle an extremely busy schedule and some grumpy customers with a smile, poise and tact beyond his years. He is truly interested in helping people and making sure they leave happy; obviously not doing it just to earn a paycheck. Kudos to a young man reminding all of us how to treat people right!

Salesman Jeff Jones was great deal with. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Finance Manager, Archer was very pleasant and very informative going through the different plan options and going through all the paper work.😊
