When I arrived, Leah was very friendly and had all the info and times set up so that if I needed the brakes changed all the parts were there and they would have it done in two and 1/2 hours! Plus I was hoping for only fronts and rears were also needed and all the parts were there and they had the whole thing done on time. And also did a battery wire issue fixed. After I had a terrible experience here trying to purchase a vehicle, I ended up buying elsewhere. Since then have had two very positive experiences. Today I took my car here for the regular service, oil change, and check all the things. I had one concern that I wasn’t sure about. Renee made sure everything was handled with such care and they even finished sooner than anticipated. Excellent service. Thank you! Will return. Update. Oct. 27. Another easy and smooth service appointment. The guy who took care of me was professional and friendly. Checking in right there when I drive up is such a treat.

Leah in the service department was great to work with on an engine claim. It’s rare to deal with that on a Toyota, but she handled it in a steady, organized way and kept the details clear so nothing got mixed up.
