It was a pretty good and easy experience. I had been waiting for almost a year for a safety recall fix, and was happy that I was contacted that a solution was available. It was a bit disconcerning to be driving around knowing there was a recall but no solution yet. Upon arriving I waited for about 10 minutes at the check in counter until I was acknowledged and helped though there were people around. From there it only took about an hour and a half to fix the issue. Upon checking out I again waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, and there was no one there. It was a complimentary fix, as Toyota was working to amend the recall situation, and I didn’t have to pay anything for the service.
