I live out of state and recently purchased a Grand Highlander Hybrid Nightshade through Trevor Wade. Trevor was exceptionally accommodating on price and my requests and was able to arrange for me to be picked up from the Vail airport 40 minutes away. During the whole process, he responded promptly and performed efficiently. Additionally, Lynda, the finance manager, didn't waste my time trying to sell me things I didn't want. Other than them answering my questions, I spent less than a couple of minutes filling out paperwork. This was the most efficient car purchase I have ever made. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend Bighorn Toyota.

Jen Rose truly saved the day! I was just a block from my office when I realized I had a completely flat tire—and I had somewhere I needed to be quickly. I got out of my car, looked at the tire, and immediately started wondering who I could call. Then, as luck would have it, Jen Rose happened to be walking by. She immediately jumped in, took my phone, and called her service department right away. Within no time, my daughter picked me up, my car was towed, and it was fixed the very next day. That is incredible customer service. Jen went above and beyond when I really needed help, and I am so grateful! Highly recommend!

When I arrived, Leah was very friendly and had all the info and times set up so that if I needed the brakes changed all the parts were there and they would have it done in two and 1/2 hours! Plus I was hoping for only fronts and rears were also needed and all the parts were there and they had the whole thing done on time. And also did a battery wire issue fixed. We leased a 2021 Highlander in 2021 and then bought it out in 2024. Great buying experience people are nice, and when we bring it in for maintenance they do an amazing job! We also had to look for another car last year and that experience was great also! Really nice dealership!

Absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish!

My problem has been fixed. The air conditioning splats are stable and tight. But the new problem shows up the rubber at wipers between the windshield are cracked, I already spent the time at the dealership, so they better to take a look around let the customer know what else it’s happened or needs fixing. Because I don’t want to spend the mileage, gas , and time every week at the dealership. And one more thing there are the dents or scratches on the back side , I found them after the service on Friday at home. Sincerely, Neal

Trevor Wade at Bighorn Toyota was amazing! I had a really bad experience with several other dealers and was feeling defeated. Thankfully I found my way to Bighorn and met Trevor who was a breathe of fresh air. Not only was he honest and kind, but he went above and beyond to make sure I got the RAV4 I wanted. He is a great communicator and always responded promptly. I can’t recommend him enough!

I live 110 miles away and would rather travel that distance for service because I know my car will respectfully with care at Bighorn Toyota.
