We recently purchased a 2025 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium from Bighorn Toyota, and our salesperson Hilary Stumpus was phenomenal. From start to finish, she made the entire experience exceptional. We initially met Hilary when we were trying to sell my mother’s car. She was so gracious and kind to my parents. They were a little nervous, but after meeting Hilary they felt very confident in dealing with Bighorn. While we were there my wife and I talked to Hilary about our interest in a new 4Runner. At the time there were none available. We had given up hope. A few weeks later we got an email from Hilary asking if we were still interested because there were a few coming in that were not presold. She had listened to everything we said we wanted and was able to find the perfect 4Runner for us. There was a little wait for the vehicle to arrive, but Hilary stayed proactive, kept us updated every step of the way, followed through on everything she promised, and delivered exactly the vehicle we were hoping for. She also gave us an excellent deal on our trade-in, and the whole process was smooth, fair, and professional. We just got our new RAV4 Woodland! We had been working with a different dealership, and it had been a very frustrating experience -the vehicle we reserved somehow got stranded in Denver for over a month, and the entire process had gone on for over 3 months without any end in sight (our sales representative tried very hard, but there seemed to be a lot of upper management roadblocks). Trevor at Bighorn was able to locate one for us, and it came quickly, without any problems. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We're definitely impressed with Trevor and Bighorn Toyota.
